I watched TV ad and called them to ask if this product exclude people with alergies. The person I talked to told me that it is fully natural and I should not be worried about anything. She even gave me her extension and full name so that I can contact here if I have any issue. I believed her and placed the order. Two weeks later I received the product. The first thing I did was to read the instruction inside the package. To my surprise, The product is not made of natural plants and there all kind of warnings. I called them and told them I am returning the product which the agreed not to charge me. Few hours later They charged me 59.99. Again I called them and asked explanation. The person I talked to told me the charge was wronge and will be refunded. Ofcourse the money was refunded back to me.
Bottom line, Product is not what they say it is on TV. Don't be cheated.
