BAIT AND SWITCH - This company is unethical, liars, and will steal your money Ripoff

This vendor used the typical bait and switch. After purchasing a product in which the casing was damaged, I inquired about a return twice via email, the second time I followed up with a phone call to 1-866-504-TOYS. There, a service person confirmed it was Fun Stop Toys and I proceeded to explain my situation. The person told me specifically that I should return the product immediately in order to get a replacement. So I did.

Once this was done, the company then decided to send me an email stating that they would not take this piece back, and that I was out of luck knowing the product was sent back already. I sent the product with delivery confirmation, and explained to the person that this was not the policy I was told over the phone, and he told me it did not matter, and would not even give me a refund despite the fact he knew the product was returned.
