Received mailing about product in February and decided to try it. I called the company prior to the order to ask about ingredients but person taking the order was unable to give me the information and could not give me anyone else to speak to about the ingredients. I was told I could send the product back within 30 days if unable to use it. I ordered the product and it had a sheet listing the ingredients, one of which is papaya. I have a latex allergy and have been told not to eat papaya so I called the company and told them I would be sending the product back. I did not take any of the pills for fear of an allergic reaction. Sent product back and have been waiting for refund since March. I have called 1-800-763-5202 multiple times and spoken to a staff member in customer service and have been told my message will be passed along to the person processing refunds. I have asked but never had success in getting a no. For that person. To date I am still waiting for a refund.
