I made my Site to Store order and was happy with the process after Black Friday. I picked up my purchase of Blu Ray DVD players soon after and wrapped them up for gifts. After Christmas, I opened one player, hooked it up and realized I had the wrong ones. I repacked the player and went to my store to return it. I went to my local service desk where the return line was a whopping 1 person in line (that being me). I told the associate I needed to return these for a refund, I ordered site to store and I had the receipt. I explained I got the wrong ones. She told me, "There is a 15 day return policy on electronics and I can't refund this". Shocked I told her, "Even if it was for Christmas gifts"?!!! She conferred with another (PCM?) associate. That associate told her if it was for Christmas she had to refund me. The associate was grouchy and huffed, shaking her head and roughly gathered up my refund cash. While doing so, I apologetically said, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to put anyone out". She was acting as if the money was coming out of her pocket and left me feeling as if I was a horrible person. I have never been treated so hateful. What is up with the miserable attitudes of Wal-Mart employees that leads one to think they must hate their lives?
