Long Hold Times, Repeated Card Shutoffs and Vulgar Music

Citibank service is horrendous!!! They put their customers on hold over and over and over for 10 and 20 minutes at a time. I am appalled at the level of service.
They have also had my card breached multiple times in the past two months. Every time you turn around, your card is shut off again! Also, when contacting customer service, I was appalled to hear vulgar rap music playing loudly in the background!
My advice to others is to only get Citibank if you want a funny credit card, because this place is a joke!
