Citi BAnck service is horrendous!!! They put thier customers on hold over and over and over for 10 and 20 minutes at a time. I am appauled at the level of service. They also have the card breached over and over multiple times in the past two months. Everytime you turn around your card is shut off again! Also when contacting customer service I was appaled to hear vulgar rap music playing loudly in the background! Advice to others, I suggest you only get citi bank if you want a funny credit card... Because this place is a joke!
