I called to cancel the service because I never received the cd, they were always busy and the voicemail kept coming on! Then i went online and the customer service link I tried kept telling me I entered the security code wrong! Then when I did get through and demanded to speak with a supervisor i was told i was speaking with a supervisor who was rude and disrespectful and told me I could only reach a manager through email, when I asked for the email he hung up and now noone will answer the phone! Iwant my money back!!
