I called Travelocity while I was booking my reservation online because I wanted to see about later check outs. I spoke with a man named "Gary" and requested 3 times to be transferred to someone I could understand. He declined and when he quoted me a price it was $10 more than what I had online. He told me if I was a AAA member he could do that price, which I'm not and I told him that yet I could still get a better deal online. I told him I didn't understand and he continued to repeat himself about being a AAA member until I was so annoyed, still not able to fully understand him I asked to speak to a supervisor. They sent me to another gentleman who had no care in the world that I had asked to speak to someone else 3 times and he was so rude. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and he said " he's not here". Oh really? At Wednesday at 12 o clock your supervisor isn't available. Liar! Then I repeated myself, "let me talk to your supervisor, now, please!" He said "he's too busy to talk to you". My response "your supervisor is too busy and it's not his job to speak to an unhappy customer?". Sam "AG2" said "no, he's too busy". I am so disgusted by how I was treated and that I would be lied to and disregarded. Thanks Travelocity! I won't be using you again.
