Horrible Customer Service - Customer Service or Lack there of

I recently bought several parts from auto parts warehouse. It was really easy to make my purchase and they were willing to match prices just to secure the sale. As easy as that was, their customer service rating should get a big "F". Not only are they rude but they are incompetent. First, I spoke with a rep named Zai, who raised his voice at me and told me that I had to call UPS to make an address correction that they made an error on. He told me that it was UPS' policy that I had to call and they couldn't do it. What a bunch of crap. I asked to speak with a supervisor and asked what for and then he said that there isn't one. I said that I wanted a call back from one when there was one available and he put me hold. He came back and said, "first of all, the supervisor is going to tell you the same thing." I said, "Regardless, I would like to speak with a supervisor about your attitude." He kept on trying to speak over me. Needless to say, I got absolutely no where. I called back and immediately asked for a supervisor and this time someone named Dre answered and "asked what for". I said that I wanted to speak to a supervisor regarding my last rep who was rude and about my order. He put me on hold. I have now been on hold for 30 minutes without him coming back on the line to tell me anything.
