Online Disaste

Roughly 3 weeks ago I ordered a pair of shoes. The shoes they sent were the wrong color. I called and they sent me a return label for those and re-processed my original order. Another week went by and I received the second pair only to find out that they were the wrong color again. So I call. The gentleman says I will get an email regarding shipping or notifying me that they no longer carry that shoe.

Six days go by and nothing. I called and spoke with a supervisor. He said that the third (re-process) of my order is not in the system. They never planned on sending me an email or a shoe. And added that it will be 7-10 business days for me to get my money back. I asked the supervisor to speak to his manager and he said they are busy helping other customers and does not know how long I will wait. I said I will wait regardless. Then he said well I am not able to transfer you because I do not know their work load. I repeated I will wait. He said he can't transfer me to anyone. I asked him how he knows they are busy without even checking and he quickly responded "I did." I never asked for anything free, or any discount, all I wanted was my order and not have to wait any more and after contacting customer service 4 times, I get NOWHERE.

This place is a joke. There needs to be a corp. Email contact that is directly handled by someone who will take this seriously and uses their authority to make this right. I understand mistakes happen, but 3 screw ups and a guy telling me I'm not able to talk to his supervisor and that there is nothing he can do for me is absolutely ridiculous. I will never deal with this company again.
