I applied for an online loan and the next thing I knew my bank was showing a withdrawl of $19.93 going to clipcouponcs with a phone #. I called the number and was told that it was in the terms and conditions of the loan and I should have caught it when I read them and they were unable to issue a refund as all funds are non-refundable. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor would tell me the same thing. I told them it did not matter what they said I wanted to speak to their supervisor and they hung up on me. I called back and was told the same thing but that the supervisor was busy on another call, I said I would wait, they hung up on me, I called back, then they gave me an email address clipcouponcs.com and told me to email all of my information to that address and they would get back to me. I spoke to the same person the 4 times I called, there was no background noise like with normal telemarketors, the last time I called I asked for a supervisor they emmiediately gave me the correct email address of fraud@clipcouponcs.com I said that I had spoken to them the last 3 times I called in and I would really like to speak to a supervisor and they gave me the "they will tell you the same thing I am telling you" speach. I told them I was joining a class action lawsuit against them and that hopefully they would be out of a job really soon. I guess I have learned a big lesson, nothing is worth all the headache that you get by trying to go the easy way. Take my advice and go to a reputable loan company and get a loan. BTW I never did get a response to my loan application.
