Bogus customer service number, false promises, will not solve any problems Ripoff

I ordered contact lenses a month ago from these people and I have yet to receive anything. I called their "Customer Service" number and instead of receiving help I got an answering service. They asked me to leave my information and that someone would get back to me. I found this odd but I gave them my phone number and name.

I waited another couple of days and called back. After complaining, I finally was connected to someone with some kind of information. She said that my contacts were special order and they would take longer.

Two weeks later I called and I was fuming mad. I spoke to a representative who basically told me that I could not speak to a supervisor because there was nobody else available there. After some talking she told me to hold on and hung up on me.

I called back and I was on fire when another person answered. I explained to him that the previous person had hung up on me and that I needed to speak to a supervisor or manager. He had the nerve to ask me why I needed to speak to a supervisor and reassured that a supervisor was going to do nothing for me.

Finally, I was connected to a supervisor and she tried to sound apologetic but told me to hold on and she also hung up on me.

During these brief conversations not once was I asked for my order number, name, anything. All I wanted to do was cancel my order. I was given a phone mumber to customer service and got a voicemail with no name, no company name, just a generic computer voice asking me to leave a message.

I will never place another order with this company. I have never dealt with garbage like this. It's amazing how some people stay in business.
