On 06/01 I purchased a phone for my account, at an A.T.&t. Company store... I bantered with the salesperson about the auto-matic "upgrade" fee, and requested deletion of the same from mypurchase price... The "fee" was initially deleted... And when I received my next bill I found I had beencharged the upgrade anyway. This is the tip of the iceberg.
