I ordered a Slice O Matic which was advertised for $19.99 for two (2) plus $6.99 extra shipping and handling. I just viewed my debit account and found that they had charged me 39.97 on one order and 30.97 on another order. When I ordered the salesperson and I confirmed that I ordered one (1) Slice O Matic and was receiving the second one for just the price of shipping. To my understanding I will be receiving four (4) Slice O Matics which I did not order. I call the customer service number which was called Telebrands and the salesperson said that he could take $6.00 off my account. I told him no, I did not order the two sets. He gave me a RMA # and told me to return the one set and I have to pay the shipping and handling. Someone needs to get a handle on these people. It is not fair and after doing some research I found many people with the same complaint. What can be done. If I send the one order back how will I know if I will get my refund back.
