Home Service Repair Run Around

We waited 2 weeks for a service agent to come to the house to repair a sears dryer which was under warrenty. The service repair person ordered a part and after another week he returned to fix the dryer. It worked for one wash and then broke with the same problem. They scheduled a repair date for the following day. I left work to be home for the repair and when the service person did not appear we called to find out that this was cancelled, they said the scheduled repair was a mistake and the next available date was in 3 weeks. Despite speaking to managers, supervisors and others, we could get no other response other than we would have to schedule another service for 3 weeks from now.
