SFG Extended Warranty Co

On September 21 I purchased a Cedar Creek 5th wheel camper from Newfield NJ. The dealership talked me into buying the extended warranty from Signet Financial Group with the agreement that if I do not Use this warranty I will get all moneys refunded. We must show at least 48 months coverage on a used trailer and next wednesday the 21st of September it will be 48 months from the purchase date and I did not use this warranty. It says in my contract to intiate the refund request process I must contact SFG in writing thirty days after the expiration of the service date.

I tried calling the number on my contract and it says disconected. I tried to find them on line and I am reading that the address on my contract to send my request for my refund they are no longer at that address. I called the dealership where I bought the camper and she told me that SFG went out of bussiness and they are not giving back refunds. She also said there was nothing she could do to help me except if I wanted her to she would take my number in the event she hears anything at all about what we can do about this. Does anybody know what or if there is anything I can do about this? She also told me because of the economy we are not getting anything back.
