I received a letter from Comcast telling me that my rental modem is an older device and should be replaced. "Comcast is pleased to inform you that we will replace your modem for no additional charge (regular lease fees continue to apply).
Whe I ordered this new modem I was assured there will be no additional charges.
After 2 weeks of use I got a new bill that showed the lease fee going from $3.00 a month to $7.00 a month for the rental of the modem.)
I consider that an additional charge. This is false advertising. What can I do?
