Erroneous Billing Practice

Issues with accuracy with billing since I signed up for the service in May this year.
(1) "Modem lease" fee shows up in my most recent 2 bills. When I signed up the service, I was told that there was not modem lease fee, and the earlier bills did not have this charge either.
(2) I was charged with a more costly service I did not sign up for. It was resolved recently.

Comcast ALWAYS has problem in billing. I almost have to call every month to correct my bill. I had similar experience with Comcast in the past as well.
Comcast does not seem to care about its reputation and streamlining its billing practice! It is probably time to check out the Verizon service!
