Terrible

My computer window said payment error. And my daughter says to try clicking the button again. THANKS GOD we didn't. The total was 3,093. And travelocity didn't hesitate to take that money out of my bank account. However, they are telling me i don't have anything booked. When they took my money for the dates and for a hotel. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE AGENCY. I suggest if you want to keep your money, you never lean towards travelocity. Such a disappointment.
