Reimburse your money

I went through travelocity for 2 hotel rooms. I had to cancel one room due, to the fact that the person could not make the drive with us. This was two weeks ahead of the arrival date when i called travelocity and wanted to cancel the one room. They gave a bunch of BS and would refund my money.

I called the hotel and they stated that they would cancel my one room but, that travelocity will keep my money and that the hotel would not see apenny of the money. That is how they work.

The manager at this hotel stated that she had her choice she would not deal with travelocity. They are ripoffs.

This the second time that they have done this to me at total cost for both times of around $400.00 free money for them, not the hotel.

Big ripoff company, do not do business with them, horrible customer service.
