Horrible customer service (Speak Indian therefore difficult to understand) Did not provide room promised. - Never use Travelocity. Ever

Did not provide the rooms that were promised. Could not find any solution from Customer Service rep. She stated "sorry can not help you". Tried to blame Hotel. Called Hotel, hotel stated Travelocity booked wrong rooms. Hotel made it right by going through them direct. Hotel was outstanding. Travelocity sux. Bad.
