I've been a directv customer for some time. My issue isn't with the service, it's with poor business practices. Directv trys to keep your credit card on file for anything they feel they may need to bill you for in the future. If you need to bill me for something, no problem bill me and I'll pay. Unless I consent to your company having my card on file, you have no right to bill my card for any reason. The manner in which they tried to obtain my card info is the worst. I called in to move my service to a new home, they told me it would be free to do and that was a lie. So next they said pay the 50$ and I will give you an instant credit. So I agreed to pay and they (Todd) said by the way we are going to keep this card on file for anything we need to bill you for in the future.
