I was with directv for 8 years they told me i was a very valuable customer even after i canceled! They begged me to come back never wil i ever go back to them i will do without tv before i ever try direct tv again. I had called them several months to lower my bill to a new package but every month my bill went up i was paying $ 159. A month! I canceled my service with them, i was told i had to pay with in 30 days after i got my bill or they would debit my debit card on file. Well 2 days later they debited my my account for $359. I had been with them for 8 years & they tell me it was that high because of early termination. This company is horrible & i will never recomend them to anyone! I have friends with dish and they never loose service & their bill runs them $ 59.00 a month for more chanels than i had!
