We switched from Charter cable and internet because we felt we were paying too much. We have cell phones through At&t and decided to bundle our internet. We were told that the 5MB paqckage would be perfect for what we use the internet for, Facebook, some music downloads and I like to watch shows on Hulu. We routinely go over because 5MB's is not enough and they don't offer a bigger package. When I complained they refunded the base rate of 60.00, a one time courtesy but I am still paying 100.00 (in overages) when I was told I'd pay only 60.00 per month. I feel we were duped into this 2 year contract. I will go back to Charter and drop them down to the lowest package (20.00 a month) just to fulfill my contract but I suspect that's how they make they're money.
