Advertise Free service, actually charging for it. Very obvious Ripoff

I have been paying $5 per month for as long as I can remember, for a service called "Big Movie Tier " which, after I just recently questioned them about (I've been trying to figure out their bills for years and, if you've ever seen one, you know it can drive you insane), and was told it is really a monthly charge for OnDemand. I didn't know that there was a charge for On Demand if you were subscribing to Digital Cable with Premium channels. I was under the impression it was free if you have all of that - see why below:

At Charter.com, it explains how having Digital Cable gives you access to OnDemand:

".. You can access hundreds of movies every month on multiple channels such as HBO, starz, Showtime, and Cinemax"

Then the next paragraph states:

"With Charter Digital Cable, you get Charter OnDemand at no additional cost."

If you do not subscribe to the package (regular HBO) and try to watch a movie on HBO On Demand, it will tell you that you must subscribe to the package before you can watch HBO On Demand. It also shows how much it would cost to subscribe to that package. No where does it state you have to pay an additional $5.

No where at Charter.com or on my bill (the only $5 charge is for Charter Digital View - is this what they call "OnDemand"?) does it note that there is a charge for OnDemand.

I subscribe to the biggest package you can get - Biggest Value Package - which means I am paying Charter a crap load of money every month already. Now I find out that they are charging me another $5 a month for something they lead me to believe is free.

I have another story about them and their billing that makes my head want to explode, but I don't have the energy to discuss it yet.

I can't wait until another cable company comes to town. I will switch in a heartbeat.
