Be sure to read all of your bill! I signed up with Charter on a bundle package that was suppose to cost 129.99 per month. This included expanded basic cable, wireless internet, and telephone services. I got my bill and here I was being charged $198.00 per month for these services! When I called they would not credit me the overpayments that I had been making. I threatened to go elsewhere for these services and they put me on a supposed "24 month Price Guarantee" in which is what I had signed up with in the beginning! They have done something similar to my mother also! Be sure you read everything on your bill and add it up yourself! 9 times out of 10 you are being overcharged even with a bundle package!
