Charter Bundle $99.97 a month is really $135.84 after taxes and required add-ons - Triple Play Bundle

I was originally paying $111.86 a month for extended cable internet. I was promised a $99.97 a month rate if I let them add charter phone service to my account, which I let them do. I'm now paying $135.84 a month which is much higher than they lead me to believe. Granted $15 a month is for taxes specifically for phone services which I wasn't having to pay for before and I'm sure that is outside of Charter's control.
