My back window in my 2011 Ford Escape broke just by shutting down the back door and I figure it should be covered by warranty. According to the Cold Lake Ford they are saying it is not covered. What are we to do drive around with plastic on the back window? I don't think so, when it is 40 below outside with a wind chill. They should take responsible for wrong doing. It will be the last time I buy a Ford. We have been dealing with Ford since 1999. Thanks for nothing
