2004 Ford Escape falling apart! - ford escape

My 2004 Ford Escape has a rear wheel well that is rusted completly through! The strut is loose and is coming inside the paneling. $1,000- $1,200 Ford says it is past 5 years. I cannot get Ford to help fix the defect to my truck. The clear coat is coming off the hood and the ABS brakes need reparied $1,000. Don't buy ford they don't stand behind the quality of their vehicles.
