Having the internet service at home installed and not working, we called to know what happened and they said they couldn't know unless someone came and see. The guy changed a cables box said "it should be working properly" and went away. It wasn't working properly each time we connect to the internet the signal goes away and we stay without internet for a minute and it happens each five minutes.

Yesterday a bill for almost $400 came home. My wife have talked to 8 different persons (its like they are making fun of her) at AT&T and nobody have nothing to say. Of course we are paying for the modem, the services and the fees but there are $166 extra arbitrary billed to us for making the internet work (and work bad).

What did they expect? To keep paying monthly without having the service? Why they didn't say we were being charged when they said "some one is going to see what happen"?
