ETV Oriya is Not Coming

I am a regular subscriber to WatchIndia. Tv since 2008. After receiving the TV box (on 22nd June) ETV oriya (which is prime channel for me) along with ETV Rajastan, ETV Bihar and Mahua channel are not coming using the box. But it is coming in my regular laptop. I have made several request to pay the money back but everytime they are giving some solution and that is not working. Pls. Help me out of this ASAP.
