Lost My Modem TWICE - Complaint

Electronics and household app.

I was supposed to get my modem from them the day I moved in. It was sent. But to a different town! They had my correct address in their system and the lady I was speaking to wasn't sure why it was sent to another town. I was promise I'd get another modem in two days, I waited, and it never arrived! I called customer service thinking I'd get compensated for this since i'm paying for internet and have no modem or anything to connect to the internet. I was transferred from one person to the next. I had to repeat myself each time and let me tell you, it gets annoying repeating yourself after the third time. I was promised that the THIRD time it will be shipped to the right address. This makes me nervous since I was promised the second time around that it would be delivered to the right address. What's up Verizon? I've been a customer of yours for YEARS now and I know you can see that on your computer screens. Why the lack of consideration and WHO do you have working for you??
