My Internet constantly goes offline. At least 2 to 5 times every hour for at least 5 mins each time. When this happens whatever I am doing I lose everything because I had a problem with the connection. Most of the time I have to do just about everything I do on my computer twice, sometimes more. It is very frustrating to be in the middle of doing something, chatting with someone and I have to shut down my browser, for if I lose the internet even if I get reconnected before I notice it, I have to close the browser and then restart before it will work. So when I open it back up get back to where I was I have to do everything from the last 5 to 10 minutes again. So now something that should have taken me 5 minutes to do, takes at least 20minutes and up to 30minutes to do. So for every 10minutes of work I do takes a hour. Not very productive. I'm sure AT&T would love for all of there employee's to only get 10minutes of work done for every hour. I don't have that much time so I just keep getting farther behind on everything I need to do or want to do for everyday I only get about one seventh of what I should have been able to do, not due on my part, ie, I'm to slow or just to lazy to do it, but because of the service I pay for every month to provide me with the Internet only gives me 25% of the 100% I pay for. I don't to get to pay less every month for AT&T failing to provide me with the service they are being paid for. As a consumer and as hard as it is these days to make ends meet, I expect to get what I am paying for, and AT&T is expected to provide me what I am paying for. I think this is a very good class action law suite. AT&T would disconnect my service if I only paid for the portion of time I actually got service. Send it to collections when I don't pay them, report on my credit report that I was slow pay or a no pay, so ruin it for me to get other services or credit. Harass me at home for not paying or on my job. Take me to court, and even have my wages garnished for something they are making me pay for that they didn't even provide to me as they should have. Doesn't sound very fair to me. Does it sound fair to you?
