Worthless extended waranty

We schduled a appointment to have are tv repaired with sears, after alot of run around on the phone we got iy schduled thanksgiving day they called to confirm appointment tech would come to are house 11/26/10. My wife missed work to be their for the appoinment noword from tech nor sears 20min. Till 2pm my wife calls sears to see where are tech is she got the run around agian finaly she got a supervisor this super. She told my wife the tech would be there any min. 2:45pm my wife calls agian run around agian, this time shes told the techs in leesburge this is two hrs. Away from where we live my wife tld this super after waiting half the day she couldnt wait anymore we played all the games an the run arounds tv isnt fixed we paid alot of money for a warranty that is useless "i'd like a new tv... I the husband got home at 3:30pm wife caught me up on everything she says she called agian she says another super. Was suppose to call her back that was 30min past due so she called agian after getting no where she handed the phone to me, after my conversation an tld manytimes that the appointment was st from 10-2pm which was never kept an never honored by this time very angry an told they could do nothing for us but i ould make a repair appointment agian... Told the young lady to have a manager call me back at that time it was 4:20pm i've yet to get a call from any manager did get a call from the tech at 4:21pm saying hes just finished up he's 30min from us mmm wait if your in leesburge your 2hrs from me mmm impossable tobe 30min away tld the tech to just turn gohome your past the appointment time an cant wait anymore for you thing thats angerd me more is there was never a call to let us know the tech was hung up in leesburge or hey the appointment time wouldnt be met lets workout another solution nothing was offerd to help at all you pay gd money for a extended warranty an sears honores nothing to their customers an im still waiting for a call
