Washing Machine Tech Never Showed After All-Day Wait

I made an appointment for a Sears tech to come repair our washing machine. They gave a time window for the tech to be here (8 am - 5 pm). I wasted my whole day waiting for the tech to show up and not even a phone call! I called customer service every hour after 5 since he didn't show up and they said he would be here ASAP. I heard the same excuses every time I called. So the time still passed and still a no show for the tech, he never made it here! I have never had such poor and unprofessional business! What a shame! I wish I could fire someone...
