Keep Billing for Items Never Ordered

On Nov i search at Sears Outlet.com, and intent to buy me frig, washer & dryer. This order were never finalized. But Sears have been calling and sending bills for over 4k and lately for over 1500k.in many occasions i have call, send faxes, send email to Sears general manager explain that there is an error in there part. That i have recieved or buy nothing from them and i do not own then a single cent. But they ignore me and keep calling me home and my office almost every day requesting late payments. I have spoke with Citibank supervisor name Arias on April 4 and record all details about it. At that time he he said he was to report to Sears and Citibank, and again they have ignore me and refuse to make a serious Investigation.
