5 days ago purchased $3600 led system for delivery with sales mgr in Bangor me assuring me delivery 13th and install14th Jan only to get 11 auto calls from best buy and dealing rude supervisor who stated I dont care what your store says they have no right to tell you of delivery only my dept tells you when you get your system so 11 calls from Best Buy auto 2 more trips to store and 10 wasted hours ready to go get my refund
