I purchased a sectionasl sofa on 8/14/05 the estimated delivery date was 09/29/05. Well 09/29/05 came and went no delivery. I called the store the following day and was told by my sales person (susan frey) "sorry nothing she could do about it" but was promised delivery on 10/10/05. Well 10/10/05 came and went no delivery. Icalled the next day a nd spoke to ms. Frey who put me onthe phone with a store manager named glen, he said he was sorry but "all the truck drivers went to work for FEMA for higher pay", he promised me delivery on 10/222/05. On 10/21/05 i recived a call from the store and was told "the truck is in virgina and the driver is in the hospital", iwas promised delivery on 10/25/05.

Well 10/25/05 came and and went no delivery. I spoke to a women named ronnie who said she was the store manager and was very sorry she promided me that i would get delivery on 10/29/05. Irecived a call form the store on 10/28/05 sorry no delivery ronnie said i will get delivery on 11/11/04/05. Wee shall see. This is the worst company to do bussiness with they lie to again and again. They want there money right away and the store personel are rude and not very sypothtic. Do not do not buy furniture from them. Willadvise every onr i konw the same. I would rather sit on barells then buy somthing from them ever again
