I purchased a $3600. Led system on Jan 4 andset up a delivery for 13th and set up on the 14th by the sales manager in Bangor Me. Then the auto calls started from Best Buy saying I nneded to set up a delivery but they could not get thier agent to install as he did not returnthier calls then went to the store and was all set by customer service got back home and 5 more auto calls same thing no schedule... Talked with supervisor Ms Gonzales who said no one at local stores has any rights to make or set delivery so she does not care what they said only her dept will let me know when I can have my delivery. Have spent over 8hrs on the phone two trips to Best Buy and no one cares. Off to get a refund
