No Show

We were supposed to receive our phone on Sat, but driver never showed. We live in a duplex, no rental office. Driver wrote that it was in office. It is now four days later, I spoke with the hub manager and the driver said he would retrieve the package and deliver it. Still no driver. No one ever called me, I had to call them. How is it that he can deliver my phone to the wrong street? And take 4 days to correct the problem??? I know he has delivered here before. Is it because no signature was required? Did someone think it was free??
