Owes me for 2 Weeks of Pay

I, like numerous other people, have had a great amount of difficulty in getting someone on the phone at KDOL and when I finally did get someone on the phone they didn't help me at all. I had 2 weeks that I was supposed to get paid for but somehow those weeks were not appearing in the drop down box. That meant I had to make the dreaded call and when I called I ended up speaking to a supervisor and they told me that they fixed it. They didn't. I called again and this time they told me that I had to fill out some forms that they would mail me. The forms did not pertain to what I was needing to do and once again I had to TRY to get someone on the phone and I couldn't. NOW believe it or not, they have sent me a bill stating that they overpaid me $25! I am absolutely flabbergasted at this and appalled at the horrible customer service and the treatment of people in desperate need of money.
