Delivery Driver Claims Door Tag Left but Never Does

The last four times I have had packages shipped to me via FedEx, the driver has never shown up and says he leaves a door tag, but he never does. What irritates me is that the most recent package doesn't even require a signature, and yet he said he left a door tag. I am so tired of FedEx. On top of that, when I get hold of customer service, they do nothing but defend the driver, saying it was my fault. I have been stuck at home waiting for this part for 2 days now. UPS, on the other hand, is awesome. Same driver, same time every day.
