The National Do Not Call List is only for telemarketers. Fundraisers, polling services and debt collectors are not obligated to use this list. However, they are required to stop if you specifically tell them "Do not call this number." If they persist afterwards, then you can file a complaint with the FCC.

I too receive calls from them several times a week. I do not answer them. The causes they solicit for are ones that I fund directly via on-line services. Next time they call, I plan to tell them to remove my number.
