Failed washing machine delivery

Just wanted to follow-up with an earlier review I wrote. So, I did drive to the Rockhill Sears for an explaination on why my washing machine was not delivered after 2 scheduled appointments. I never got a direct answer, I'm not surpised. However, I will say that the Store Couch was nice and credited me back the delivery charge and deducted money off the purchase price of the washer. My husband and I picked up our washer ourselves and took away our old washer. I guess the lesson is: do not depend on someone to do a job that you can do yourself.
