After complaining to a very nice customer service rep about the complicated instructions of the dental protector - and then receiving a replacement with how simple and quick the product is to properly fit, I threw the replacement into the trash along with the original purchased at the Target in the Baltimore, MD area - since I didn't have the receipt since this was a replacement - I should have known to ask for my money back - you can surely research this issue and send me a gift card for the purchase amount
