This occurred in 2001 however the operator won't consider the band or I would like to within the shop. I currently reside 3K miles away. It is still incorrect what she did. The band was customized with 1Karet of diamonds within an anniversary design occur jewelry. I arrived to ownership of the loupe and was analyzing my band after I observed the serious defects in atleast 3 of the diamonds. Laser reductions, cracked and gouged rocks. $2000 pounds to waste. I dislike the band today and wont put it on. She'd not really consider the band and created my spouse abandon the shop. She understood perfectly exactly what the rocks were like because itis her shop!!! Her jeweler created it. I simply need my money-back! It had been all I'd left to purchase that silly band to enjoy my wedding. She was rude, unpleasant and never minimal apologetic or useful. Ripped me down after I respected her!!!
