Sold me junk diamonds

This happened in 2001 but the owner will not look at the ring or let me in the store. I now live 3K miles away. It still is wrong what she did. The ring was custom made with 1Karet of diamonds in an eternity style set in platinum. I came into possession of a loupe and was examining my ring when I noticed the severe flaws in at least 3 of the diamonds. Laser cuts, chipped and gouged stones. $2000 dollars to waste. I hate the ring now and won't wear it. She would not even LOOK at the ring and made my husband leave the store. She knew very well what the stones were like since it's her store!!! Her jeweler made it. I just want my MONEY back! It was all I had left to buy that stupid ring to celebrate my wedding. She was rude, nasty and not the least apologetic or helpful. Ripped me off when I trusted her!!!
