Budget Plan Scam

Do not do the budget program - it's a fraud! I registered for that budget strategy as well as for the previous year paid $88 per month for energy. The other evening in November I received a car phone having said that I'd to pay for $2000 from the end-of the week or my energy could be switched off! Because of Holiday I'd submitted my cost for them one week overdue, and based on Customers because of the late fee I really could no further be about the strategy, and needed to spend the accumulated rest in a single week. I named and talked to many "client service" reps - I take advantage of the word "client service" very loosly!!! Nobody addressed me with any kindness at-all - these were all uncommon and stated that there is nothing they might do for me personally. I'm just one mother of 3 children and live salary to salary - there's NO MEANS I've $2000 laying around - even when I were to simply accept the truth that I still owe them $2000 after spending them $88 per month in the last year (that we definitely DON'T)! They've stated that they believed my Sept., Oct. And November expenses incorrect and so are getting me $980 for that month of Dec. I'm SO UPSET! I've needed to contact DHS to request aid with this particular statement, but even when they assist me that's just $350 and that I may still have to develop $1650 somehow. The only real reduction that Customers Power might provide would be to set me-up on the FRESH "budget strategy", but that my monthly obligations could be $355 per month! I'm so disguisted - but there's nothing I will do, since Customers Power DOESN'T HAVE COMPETITION! Exactly what a Laugh!
