Metlife Auto and Home had dropped the ball on customer service. Please bring back English speaking reps. I finally gave up and went with Allstate. I cannot believe a company with a reputation for service would stoop so low as to outsource what used to be excellent customer service. Your company is joke now. I had to call 4 times for id cards and was transferred over and over and then call dropped. Waste of my time.
