US Bank Customer Service Is A Joke and Insulting - US Bank Home Mortgage

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had from any bank. I was transferred to six different people all around the country and no one could help me with a simple question about online access. I was finally transferred to an agent that told me my problem was not his concern and transferred me again to customer service. After surviving another telephone tree, a recording told me they were too busy to answer my call at that time and to call back later. Stay away from us bank!!!
