Unauthorized charges on cell phone bill & nobody knows why!

I have 3 charges on my cell phone bill from airg. I called the number listed 3 different times and asked how these charges got on my bill. No one could tell me. I asked how I could access the services I was paying for (themes, inbox, and voice message). They said I had to log in on airg.com. After reading terms & conditions, it seems there is another charge for registering on there website. All they ever told me was that they would unsubscribe me. These people have no answers about anything. Just a scam. Pay attention to you cell phone bills!!
